MTCI Scientist Identifies Potential New Target for Treating Triple Negative Breast Cancer
<p>MTCI scientists believe they may have found a new target for treating triple negative breast cancer; one of the more difficult breast cancers to treat successfully and for which there is no targeted therapy at present. Dr. Patricia McGowan, a senior post-doctoral scientist with MTCI & University College Dublin, presented the findings at the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer symposium in Berlin, Germany. </p>
